JIPMER MBBS 2016 Application Form - The application form was available from March 7, 2016 and last date for online registration was May 4, 2016. Candidates were advised to fill application form within the prescribed dates otherwise they couldn't appear for the entrance exam. Candidates noted that the JIPMER MBBS application form was available in online mode only. JIPMER MBBS 2016 Hall Ticket - The hall ticket was available from May 20, 2016. The last date to download admit card of JIPMER MBBS 2016 was June 5, 2016 by 08:00 am. Candidates could download hall ticket / admit card by entering their application number and date of birth. On the exam day candidates had to take their hall ticket along with any of the ID proof with photograph. The JIPMER MBBS 2016 admit card had details like candidate’s name, roll number, personal information, category, date and venue of exam. Candidates were advised to preserved the admit card as it had to be presented during admission procedure.
JIPMER 2016 Exam Day Guideline - On the exam day candidates had reported to their allotted examination centre 2 hours in advanced as the entry was started on from 7:30 AM onwards. and closed at 9:15 AM and no candidates were allowed to enter in examination hall under any circumstances beyond the given time. Candidates were advised not to carry any textual or digital materials to the examination hall. Biometric finger print and image capture was done for every candidate on the day of examination inside the examination hall by the authorized personnel.

What to carry for Exam - Candidates had to carry their hall ticket along with any of the id proof for validation their identity. The rough work were done on the sheet provided at the centre. The candidate had to sign the attendance sheet and affix the Left Index Finger impression against the appropriate column of the attendance sheet. Failure to comply with the given requirement it would lead to the annulling of candidature without any prior intimation.
JIPMER MBBS 2016 Answer Key - The answer key was not available as it was computer based exam. The answer key will be available only when it will be released by the conducting authority, i.e. Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER). Candidates who is searching for answer key must note that they do not have any authentic source and validity of it. Generally coaching institutes releases the answer key for those exams whose question paper is available after the exam.
JIPMER MBBS 2016 Qualifying Marks - The result of only those candidates will be declared who will score qualifying marks in the entrance exam. Candidates have to score a minimum marks as prescribed by the examination authority JIPMER to qualify the entrance exam.
JIPMER MBBS 2016 Cut off - The cut off score will depend on the difficulty level of exam, availability of seats, number of applicants, etc. Based on the cut off score examination authority will prepare merit list/rank list of candidates. The candidates scoring higher marks will be placed upper rank in merit list. Based on the rank, candidates will be called for counselling and allotment of MBBS seats will be done as per the merit list.
JIPMER MBBS 2016 Counselling - The counselling will be conducted from June 20-22, 2016. Candidates have to attend the counselling procedure as per the schedule allotted at per their rank. It must be noted that candidates have to download the counselling letter because of individual letters related to counselling will be sent to the selected candidates. The counselling will be conducted at Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER), Puducherry. At the time of counselling, candidates have to produce original mark sheet of the qualifying examination and other original documents as mentioned in admission brochure.
